Throughout my research in the Digital Learning and Leading program at Lamar University, I have found some things in regards to ePortfolios in schools that have worked, some things that can be done better, and how I can apply what I have learned. Through my updated innovation plan, I will continue to incorporate technology and foster creativity in my students and myself. I will also provide clear and concise instructions and expectations for ePortfolios. In addition to that I will play a part in supporting and helping train teachers and students on how to create and maintain their own ePortfolio.
